What's included in VIP, and how do I upgrade?

VIP is our highest membership tier, for supporters who want to help sustain our newsroom for years to come. VIP members get everything in a Premium membership, plus VIP-only calls with founder Marc Elias; two annual gift memberships for friends and family and a complimentary “Democracy is on the Docket” tote.

VIP is $500 a year. Current members get $120 off and can upgrade for $380. To upgrade, open the Billing tab, click Change plan and choose Upgrade your tier — you'll also see an “Upgrade to VIP” option on your Account page. If you're not a member yet, you can join as a VIP anytime at this link.
