What is my membership tier?

You can find your tier in the Billing tab in your subscriber portal, where your subscription is listed by name. The name tells you both your tier and how you're billed:

  • Annual Premium Membership — Premium tier, billed once a year ($120/year).
  • Monthly Premium Membership — Premium tier, billed monthly ($10/month).
  • Annual VIP Membership — VIP tier, our highest level of support, billed once a year ($500/year).

As a Premium member, you have full access to our premium content and events, and your support is what powers our newsroom — thank you.

If you'd like to deepen your impact, you can move up to VIP, our highest tier. VIP includes everything in your Premium membership, plus VIP-only calls with founder Marc Elias; two annual gift memberships for friends and family and a complimentary "Democracy is on the Docket" tote.

As a current member you get $120 off, so you can upgrade for $380 a year instead of $500. To upgrade, open the Billing tab, click Change plan and choose Upgrade your tier. Your current subscription will be automatically canceled once you complete payment for the upgraded tier.
