What do the subscription statuses mean?

  • Active — Your subscription is current and you have full access
  • Unpaid — A recent payment didn't go through; update your payment method to restore access and avoid an interruption
  • Canceled — You won't be charged again and you keep access until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it ends; a canceled subscription can't be reactivated
