I signed up for a membership but have not received any emails. What should I do?

There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

  1. First, check your spam folder and save member@democracydocket.com as a safe, known sender.
  2. Second, check if you received an email receipt confirming your subscription and asking you to confirm your subscription. You must complete the prompt to confirm your subscription.
  3. If you did not receive a confirmation email, but you were charged, you may have had a typo in the email address you submitted. In that case, you will need to submit a ticket via the Support Portal here
