Why am I not receiving full access or emails as a paying member?
There are a few things you can check to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Check your spam or promotions folder.Look for emails from member@democracydocket.com, and be sure to mark us as a safe sender so future messages land in your primary inbox.
2. Look for your confirmation email and receipt.When you subscribed, you should have received a confirmation email as well as a receipt. If you didn’t receive either, your subscription may not have gone through. If you have this receipt but are not receiving our emails, reach out to us at member@democracydocket.com.
3. Check for a typo in your email address.If you were charged but haven’t received any emails, it’s possible that there was a typo in your email when you signed up. Please email member@democracydocket.com and our team will help sort it out for you.
