I signed up for a membership but have not received any emails. What should I do?
There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:
- First, check your spam folder and save member@democracydocket.com as a safe, known sender.
- Second, check if you received an email receipt confirming your subscription and asking you to confirm your subscription. You must complete the prompt to confirm your subscription.
- If you did not receive a confirmation email, but you were charged, you may have had a typo in the email address you submitted. In that case, you will need to submit a ticket via the Support Portal here.
