I paid for my membership with PayPal. How do I make a change to my membership?

If you paid for your membership using PayPal, you must cancel the recurring payment directly through your PayPal account. PayPal payments are not compatible with Democracy Docket's native payment portal.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Go to Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments.
  3. Select Democracy Docket from your list of active payments.
  4. Click Cancel to stop future payments.

Once canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
