I made my account through DonorBox. What do I do now? 

We moved away from DonorBox in April 2025 to improve your experience. You no longer need your DonorBox login, and you can disregard your status there — all statuses show as “canceled” there, even if your membership is active.

All members now have access to the subscriber portal, where you can manage your membership and preferences as well as the members-only website, where you can read premium content, leave comments and connect with the community.
