I canceled my membership, but now I want to reactivate it. How can I do this?
To reactivate your membership:
- Toggle to the Support Portal in the navigation bar.
- Go to "File a Support Ticket" in the top right corner
- Complete the form and fill in the following fields:
- Email: Enter your email address.
- Support Reason: Select "Billing support.”
- Ticket Name: Provide a brief subject (e.g., "Update Billing Frequency").
- Ticket Description: Mention that you'd like to update your billing frequency from monthly to annual, or annual to monthly.
- Submit the ticket: Once submitted, the support team will process your request and update your billing frequency.
