I canceled my membership, but now I want to reactivate it. How can I do this?

To reactivate your membership:
  1. Toggle to the Support Portal in the navigation bar.
  2. Go to "File a Support Ticket" in the top right corner
  3. Complete the form and fill in the following fields: 
    1. Email: Enter your email address.
    2. Support Reason: Select "Billing support.”
    3. Ticket Name: Provide a brief subject (e.g., "Update Billing Frequency").
    4. Ticket Description: Mention that you'd like to update your billing frequency from monthly to annual, or annual to monthly.
  4. Submit the ticket: Once submitted, the support team will process your request and update your billing frequency.
