How to join a virtual event
Here are some tips and tricks for ensuring a seamless experience when you log in to join us on our live streaming platform, Riverside.fm.
- Riverside officially supports the Chrome, Edge, and Safari internet browsers for audience viewing. The use of other browsers may potentially prevent you from joining the event or limit your ability to participate in the live audience chat. So, please try to join with one of the three supported browsers!
- You can find your personal link to watch the event in any of the automated emails that Riverside sent you following your registration.
- If you have trouble locating your registration confirmation, search for the subject line “You’re registered to attend”, sent from the email address notifications@riverside.fm.
- If you believe you did not receive an email confirmation from Riverside, you can contact us at newsletters@democracydocket.com.
- PLEASE NOTE: Due to the large size of our events and the small size of our staff, we may not be able to process individual requests for a registration link after 3 PM ET on the day of the event. We apologize for any inconvenience!
