How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information you'll need to submit a support ticket. Follow these steps:
  1. Toggle to Member Support in the navigation bar.
  2. Go to "File a Support Ticket" in the top right corner.
  3. Complete the form and fill in the following fields: 
    1. Email: Enter your email address.
    2. Support Reason: Select "Billing support."
    3. Ticket Name: Provide a brief subject (e.g., "Update Payment Information").
    4. Ticket Description: Mention that you'd like to update your payment method for your subscription.
  4. Submit the ticket: Once submitted, our team will send you a payment method update link to complete the process.
