How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information you'll need to submit a support ticket. Follow these steps:

  1. Toggle to "Support Portal" in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
  2. Go to "File a Support Ticket" in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Billing support” as the support reason. Complete the rest of the form fields. 
  4. Submit the ticket.
  5. Once submitted, our team will process your request as soon as possible.
