How do I update my payment information?
To update your payment information you'll need to submit a support ticket. Follow these steps:
- Toggle to Member Support in the navigation bar.
- Go to "File a Support Ticket" in the top right corner.
- Complete the form and fill in the following fields:
- Email: Enter your email address.
- Support Reason: Select "Billing support."
- Ticket Name: Provide a brief subject (e.g., "Update Payment Information").
- Ticket Description: Mention that you'd like to update your payment method for your subscription.
- Submit the ticket: Once submitted, our team will send you a payment method update link to complete the process.
