How do I request a refund?
If you cancel your annual subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, you are eligible for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds, but you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
Please submit this form and we will do our best to review your request as soon as possible — typically within 2-3 business days.
Note that refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
