How do I request a refund?
If you cancel your annual subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, you're eligible for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions aren't eligible for refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access to premium content until the end of your billing cycle.
Please submit this form and we will do our best to review your request as soon as possible — typically within 2-3 business days. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
