How can I increase my monthly payment?

To update your payment information, you'll need to submit a support ticket. Follow these steps:

  1. Toggle to "Support Portal" in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
  2. Go to "File a Support Ticket" in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Billing support” as the support reason. Complete the rest of the form fields. 
  4. Be sure to include your desired new monthly amount in the ticket description. 
  5. Submit the ticket.
  6. Once submitted, our team will adjust your monthly payment and send you confirmation.
