How can I increase my monthly payment?
To update your payment information, you'll need to submit a support ticket. Follow these steps:
- Toggle to "Support Portal" in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
- Go to "File a Support Ticket" in the top right corner.
- Select “Billing support” as the support reason. Complete the rest of the form fields.
- Be sure to include your desired new monthly amount in the ticket description.
- Submit the ticket.
- Once submitted, our team will adjust your monthly payment and send you confirmation.
